The creek hasn't risen yet, but it's early in the season. The first big rain of fall is going on. The roof's getting washed off and the leaves are being blown/knocked off the trees. I think it's time to put a solid roof on that arbor so the chickens can huddle outside like smokers at an office building. They like that.

I'm glad I set the arbor in concrete - those chickens would be excavating and have it out in days.
